Return Policy – Keurig Canada

If you are not completely satisfied with your Keurig brewer, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase if it was purchased on Keurig.com. To be eligible for a refund, contact us with your serial number to initiate a return.

Return shipping and any related charges are your responsibility. Ship your package using a method that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible if there is no proof of delivery of the product so be sure to keep tracking information as it may be needed to confirm receipt.

Accessories

Accessories purchased on Keurig.com can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Coffee & Pods

Unopened bags, cans or pod boxes purchased on Keurig.com can be returned up to 30 days after receipt of purchase. Individual pods or opened products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Gift Returns

  • Product shipped to you as a gift from Keurig.com may be returned for a credit to the original form of payment or exchanged for product of equal or lesser value. Refund checks are not issued for gift returns.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the form of payment used for the original transaction.
